FOLDERMAIL CORPORATE

Foldermail Corporate allows a business or enterprise to provide Foldermail facilities to its employees, customers and suppliers in a way that ensures that costs are controlled.

Each Foldermail Corporate account package includes a number of end-user software licences and unlimited use of the Foldermail data delivery system (subject to Foldermail's fair use policy). The system administrator authorises end-user accounts and sets individual usage limits.

End-users can send and receive large files and complete Windows folders of any size with high security.

Foldermail Corporate integrates into Microsoft Outlook to provide an easier, more convenient and cost effective way of sending heavy data than using email, FTP, CD or USB Key. Heavy data and email attachments above a configurable size limit are routed via Foldermail, freeing up the corporate mailserver for urgent emails.

Data is delivered using Foldermail's managed service based in Harbour Exchange in London's Docklands hosting centre, so no IT infrastructure is required. To use Foldermail Corporate an end-user simply needs to install the Foldermail end-user client software (licences included ) and have their email address added to the Foldermail Corporate account by the system administrator.

Foldermail provides end-users with complete track and trace data, full progress details and delivery completion notices as well as alerts. The end-user can prioritize delivery order, so an urgent delivery can be brought to the top of the queue. It provides invaluable support to end-users who are based out of the office or who have to travel. It works well over poor connections and simply suspends deliveries when the PC is shut down, resuming them when the PC is reconnected to the internet.

Foldermail Corporate is secure. Only end-users who have been authorised may send and receive data. Moreover, each time it is used, end-users are authenticated using two part authentication that is normally transparent to the end user. Data are encrypted end to end and full logs are kept of all transactions.

Foldermail Corporate facilities may also be provided to users who are outside the VPN.
